To be honest, I am not happy woth my workouts this week at all. It's not even close what's enough training for me. Well, I can find all sorts of excuses, but if I'm honest to myself, I know there is no excuses!
But I can still find some, can't I?? First of all, I don't know what happened to me this week, but there is no strenght or energy in my body. If before I had pain only in my knees, then now I feel it in all of my joints, from ankles to wrists. It is so starnge that I have strong doubts that there is something serious wrong with me. Or as I did some research on internet, I might just miss out some important vitamins in my body. Either way, next week I am heading back to England and will go and check it out with my doctor.
And more importantly it is the hot weather! On monday when I did my last run, I already said that it was really hard because of the hotness. So probably this is the reason of the lack of energy also. I am loving this nice, sunny and hot weather. I do! But after two months of it, I just wish for one cool day! I can't believe that I'm accually saying it, but I can't wait to get to England and stand in the rain lol.

So due to the hot weather, I did more swimming than usually. I wouldn't even put this little swimming in my diary, but otherwise it would be empty this week :). As I knew that I am not doing much of anything else, I tried to swim more and also put more power in it.

Today as it's a Sunday, we thought to do a little walk around, but it came out quite long. The weather started to cool down slowly and even first clouds showed up after weeks of clear sky. Again I would not class this walk as a training, but it was quite intense accually because of constantly going up and down from the hills. We enjoyed the amazing view once again and I will share a few photos here with you :)
